The Reject Shop offers comprehensive training programmes which includes nationally accredited traineeship programmes.
These traineeships include:
Certificate II School Based Traineeship
This program provides Team Members with a qualification in Certificate II in Retail Operations. It is an entry level qualification introducing basic retail concepts and is the foundation for participating in higher certificate levels. Our school-based traineeships offer students in their final two years of school the opportunity to gain an accredited qualification whilst they are undertaking part-time employment. In some states this certificate may count towards the student’s final result.
Certificate II Retail
This is an entry level qualification that introduces new Team Members to basic retail concepts. Certificate II in Retail is available as a full time or part-time Traineeship.
Certificate III Retail
This qualification provides Team Members with the skills and knowledge to be competent in retail and/or supervision. Certificate III in Retail develops skills that can assist Team Members to move into supervisory or management roles. Certificate 3 in Retail is available as a full time or part-time Traineeship.
Certificate III Transport and Distribution Warehousing
This qualification is designed to provide Team Members with the skills and knowledge of the operations in the Distribution Centre including Occupational Health and Safety, Receiving, Picking and Despatch.
Certificate IV Retail Management
This qualification is designed to provide Team Members with core skills and knowledge in management and the ability to apply these skills in the workplace. Certificate IV in Retail Management is available as a full time Traineeship.
Certificate IV Business Administration
This qualification is designed to provide Team Members with well developed administrative skills and a broad knowledge base in a wide variety of administrative tasks.
Diploma of Retail Management
This qualification is designed for experienced Retail Management who require the skills and knowledge for higher management positions.
Diploma of Management
This qualification is designed to enhance the management skills and knowledge of our experienced technical experts and management across the business.
