Bill Stevens – Non-Executive Chairman 

Mr. Bill Stevens is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia with an extensive career with KPMG (formerly Touche Ross) for 37 years, (including 22 years as a partner). During his time with KPMG, he was the client service and engagement partner for major clients including BHP Billiton, Santos, Pacific Dunlop/Ansell and Pacific Brands. More recently Mr. Stevens has worked as the CEO of the Pacific Edge Group and LaTrobe Lignite Developments, and he is also a director of Dennis Family Holdings, and National Golf Holdings Ltd. He joined the Board in August 2008.

Kevin Elkington - Non-Executive Director and Chair of Audit Committee

Kevin is currently Managing Director of EKM Legal, a specialist law firm, providing specialised intellectual property and commercial advice to Australian and overseas clients.  He has had a 28 year career as a corporate lawyer and company secretary in some of Australia’s leading public companies including Coles Myer.  He was previously a Director for Austin Group Limited and is currently a member and regular lecturer at the Australian Institute of Chartered Secretaries. He joined the Board in February 2008.

Denis Westhorpe - Non-Executive Director

Denis Westhorpe has significant experience in senior executive retail roles including 14 years as an Executive Director of Target Australia Pty Ltd. During this time Denis occupied the roles of Store Operations Director, Buying Director & 2 years as Managing Director of Target Specialty Stores. Denis recently resigned from the role of Chairman of Charles Parsons(Holdings) Pty Ltd where he had been a Director for 8 years.

Melinda Conrad - Non-Executive Director

Ms. Melinda Conrad has significant experience in business strategy and marketing to consumer facing organisations in a range of sectors including retail, FMCG, healthcare and government. In her previous executive career she was founder and CEO of a retail store chain, Conrads Warehouse. Melinda’s professional qualifications include an MBA from the Harvard Business School. She is currently a Non-Executive Director of the NSW Government’s Clinical Excellence Commission and Agency for Clinical Innovation, the Garvan Medical Research Institute Foundation and the Australian Brandenburg Orchestra. Melinda is a member of the Company’s Audit and Remuneration Committees.

Chris Bryce – Executive Director

 

Chris spent over ten years with PricewaterhouseCoopers providing audit and consulting advice to major retail and service companies in Australia and the United States. In 1999, Chris joined a computer and internet company as the Chief Financial Officer. He became the General Manager - Operations in 2000, a position he held until 2003. Chris was  the Chief Financial Officer at The Reject Shop from February 2003 until September 2009 when he was appointed Managing Director.
