Click & Collect is now available at Tarneit Central

The Reject Shop is excited to be offering same-day Click & Collect to our Tarneit Central customers as part of our online trial - offering you more choice and convenience when it comes to how you shop with us. Now real savings are simply a click away!

Shop from a range of low-priced essential products, including groceries, snacks, pet care, garden & cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other household items online.

Simply set your location in the postcode finder at the top of the page to see what products are available to purchase via Click & Collect.

Customers who order before 4pm will be able to collect their order within 2 hours, or before the store closes – whichever is earlier.

While Click & Collect is currently only available at Tarneit Central in this initial learning phase, we encourage you to make sure you’ve signed up and nominated your preferred store so we can keep you updated with when Click & Collect will be available near you.

When will I know my order is ready to collect?

You will receive an email notification letting you know your order is ready to collect from store.

What if I order after 4pm?

We will do our best to have your order ready before our store closes each day, however if we are not able to complete this, your order will be ready for collection the next morning.

How do I get a copy of a tax invoice for my online order?

A tax invoice will be attached to your order when you collect it in store.

What can I buy online?

Simply put your postcode in to see what products are in stock and available to purchase online.

What if I didn’t receive my order or collection confirmation?

If you haven’t received a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your junk email folder as you may have some filters redirecting emails not in your address book. Can I change my order once I have completed the order?

Once an online order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes. If you’d like additional items, you’ll need to place a new order. Any further changes or returns can be made after collecting your order in store.

Is it safe to enter my credit card details?

Yes, your information and online payment details are protected through a secure connection using Secure Socket Layering (SSL) encryption technology which means your data remains private and secure. In the event of unauthorised use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
