Quality Guarantee

The Reject Shop is committed to complying with the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), which includes the Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the product repaired or replaced if the product fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

When returning a product, you will be asked for information that is relevant to your return, or to satisfy the legislative requirements. If you do not provide this information, we may be unable to process your return.

Returns Policy

Our refund policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
If you purchased a product from The Reject Shop, that you believe is not of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, does not match the description, then you may have rights to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law and we will be happy to offer you a refund or exchange.  You will need to provide your receipt or other adequate proof of purchase.
If you cannot provide proof of purchase, The Reject Shop may provide a refund or exchange at our discretion provided that the product was sold exclusively by The Reject Shop.

We also offer a refund or exchange if you change your mind within 28 days of purchase provided that:

You provide the original receipt or adequate proof of purchase. A refund will be given using your original payment method.

Items are unused/unworn and in their original packaging including all manuals and accessories.

In the case of CD’s/DVD’s, the shrink wrap is intact.

If you cannot provide proof of purchase, we will offer you an exchange to the value of the current price of that product.
Please choose carefully as goods on which a change of mind return is not available are:

Bedding accessories eg:  quilts, underlays and pillows

Personal care ie: electronic toothbrushes, foot spas, hair straighteners, hair removal devices etc

Afterpay

Afterpay is now available in-store at The Reject Shop

Afterpay is simple. Take home what you want now and only pay a quarter today. No interest, fees, or hidden costs, then pay the remaining 3 installments over the next 6 weeks. Afterpay will remind you when your next payment is due so you can enjoy your purchase and pay over time.

Download the Afterpay app and set up the Afterpay Card. You can add it to your digital wallet via the ‘In-store tab’ in the app. Then when you’re shopping in-store, just tap to pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay.

Buy what you want, knowing you'll only have to pay 25% today, interest-free. Afterpay is available on purchases over $25.

Pay for your purchase over four equal installments, which will be direct debited fortnightly.
