Father’s Day Brekkie - Breakfast Cups

Make dad's Father's Day with breaky and tea in bed. Check out our super simple and tasty breakfast cups recipe.

Ingredients:

• 250g middle bacon
• 50g baby spinach
• 50g grated cheese
• 40g sliced brown mushrooms
• 4 eggs
• Twinings Irish Breakfast Tea

Step 1:

Preheat oven to 190C/170C fan-forced.

Step 2:

Grease a large muffin tin.

Step 3:

Line each hole with a rasher of bacon.

Step 4:

Add spinach leaves to further line the bacon case.

Step 5:

Add sliced mushroom and break an egg into each cup.

Step 6:

Top each cup with grated cheese.

Step 7:

Bake for 35 mins.

Step 8:

Serve breakfast cups with a hot cup of Twinings Irish Breakfast Tea.
